Questions
What exactly do I own?
A whole-number share of an asset held by the company. Your return comes only from the share price — there are no dividends or rent payouts.
How are prices set?
By buyers and sellers on an order book, like a stock exchange. There is no ceiling or floor. The platform also sells its remaining shares through the same book.
What are the fees?
A flat percentage on every trade, charged to both buyer and seller (…). Deposits are free. Each withdrawal has a fixed fee.
What happens if the asset is sold?
The company can open a sale vote with a buyback price. Shareholders vote by shares; anyone who doesn't vote counts as YES. Above 60% YES, trading stops and every share is paid out at the announced price.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?
Deposit by bank transfer to our single company account and upload the slip. Withdraw only to a bank account in your own verified name, with two-factor authentication on.
When can I trade?
24/7, unless trading on a specific asset is halted by the platform.
Know the risks
Share prices can fall as well as rise and you may get back less than you put in. Assets can be illiquid: you may not find a buyer at the price you want. There are no dividends. A sale vote can end trading at a fixed buyback price. This platform's offering may be subject to Thai SEC rules. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
